An innovative development of 9 new net zero aligned family homes, on the existing Abercorn Estate, to be built using prefabricated modular cross laminated timber panels, as a prototype form of infill housing, with the potential for mass production.
By utilising a varied palette of materials that match the estate’s existing buildings, they are designed to generate a characterful appearance and read as a distinct but complementary addition to the St. John’s Wood Conservation Area.
The intention is that they will set a new example of quality, innovation and sustainability for the Area and a model for London as a whole.
