The game of Real Tennis dates back over 400 years and the court design has changed little in this time. The practice is developing a low cost, modular and demountable court built from engineered timber that substantially replicates the playing experience found in traditional masonry courts.
This new type of court may be constructed inside an existing building, or as an independent weatherproof pavilion, capable of being located in a variety of settings. The aim is to create new opportunities to assist the expansion of the game.
